2025 was a pivotal year for the Steelers on and off the field. Launching a new uniform, the team’s first international trip in almost a decade and the final season of a legendary head coach made 2025 an unforgettable season.
The art direction for the season was centered around the concept of “Industrial Tech”, a melding of the Steel City’s history as the industrial backbone of America, and it’s future as a tech and innovation hub. Utilizing elements that feel pulled from a tech interface, paired with textures and photo treatments that showcase the type of grit that can only be found in Pittsburgh, these graphics are constantly balancing these concepts to make a look that was uniquely Steelers.

As we have over the last several years, we made sure to give our away gameday graphics on the road a nod to the city hosting us each week.
Color Rush Campaign
This season’s Color Rush campaign was built on the concept of leaning into the technical aspects of our aesthetic.
Graphics were made for the team’s “Color Rush” game, a yearly tradition for a special prime time game.

1933 origins Uniform
The 1933 Uniform launch was by far and away my favorite part of the 2025 season. Launching a new uniform at the Steelers is a rare occurrence, so making it count is pivotal.
Drawing on textures pulled directly from artifacts of the team’s early seasons, we had the opportunity to build a campaign that paid homage to the Steelers origins on the field, and the origins of the city that the team has called home for over 90 years.
This campaign included multiple off-site shoots with our photo and video teams to curate a vibe that was truly one of a kind.

Milestone Graphics
With these graphics I really like to celebrate the great photography our photo team gathers throughout the season and capture the emotion of these accomplishments. I intentionally work with the photography to create a look that feels nice and light, and drives home the information we are trying to convey with each piece.
